A charging point owner can keep the point private, share it with neighbours or selected users, or open it to the public. Safety: back-feeding the grid through a normal wall socket is prohibited. Bidirectional charging requires safe grid isolation (transfer switch or certified equipment) and a compliant electrical installation designed by a licensed partner. HUBCORE does not install equipment itself — we work with vetted installation partners.

Smart power points

Metered power beyond vehicle charging

230 V sockets plus USB-A and USB-C PD outputs that can be metered, controlled remotely and time-limited — at a market, in a park, at an event, in a car park or a service area. The solution is at pilot stage.

Cars park longer than they actually need for charging.

Local AC infrastructure is significantly cheaper than DC fast charging.

A dependable, dedicated point is predictable day to day.
