HUBCORE terms of use
General terms for the HUBCORE website, portal, charging, energy control and ordered services.
1. Service provider
The HUBCORE service provider and contracting party is HUBCORE NEXORA OÜ, registry code 17581484, VAT number EE103020725. Legal address: P. Kerese tn 42, 11212 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: info@hubcore.ee, +372 5750 3773. Where a partner contracts directly with the customer for a specific installation or specialist service, that partner's details are shown in the offer or contract confirmation.
2. General
These terms apply to hubcore.ee, the HUBCORE customer portal and HUBCORE services described or ordered online. Some HUBCORE solutions remain in development or pilot stage. For a specific site, installation, device, maintenance service or other paid service, the written offer, order confirmation or contract accepted by the customer is primarily binding; its specific terms prevail over these general terms in case of conflict.
3. Requests and orders
A request submitted through a form or email should contain accurate site, electrical and contact information to the extent reasonably possible. Submitting a request is not a contract and does not oblige the customer to accept an offer. A paid order or contract is formed only after its scope, price and material terms have been clearly presented to the customer and accepted.
4. Service model and partners
Alongside analysis, control, metering, portal and customer communication, HUBCORE may use independent partners for equipment supply, electrical work, installation, maintenance, payments, insurance or other specialist services. Where the partner contracts directly with the customer, that partner is responsible for its work, competence, deadlines, materials and warranties under its contract. Where the HUBCORE operator contracts with the customer, the HUBCORE operator remains responsible to the customer under that contract and is not relieved of responsibility merely by using a subcontractor or partner.
5. Charging, energy control and actual power
Any stated maximum such as 22 kW is a technical upper limit, not a guaranteed charging rate in every situation. Actual power depends on factors including the vehicle, phases, main fuse, simultaneous site load, grid and temperature conditions, load management, battery or inverter limits and manufacturer requirements. The HUBCORE control system may temporarily reduce power or pause charging for safety, main-fuse protection, price signals or customer-configured rules.
6. Equipment, installation and warranties
Equipment selection, installation, protective devices, cabling and configuration are determined by site conditions and manufacturer instructions. Manufacturer warranties apply under the manufacturer's terms. Installation warranty and responsibility follow the offer or contract of the party performing the work. For customer-supplied equipment or materials, HUBCORE is not responsible for manufacturing defects, incompatibility or the manufacturer's warranty except where HUBCORE has expressly assumed such responsibility in writing.
7. Prices, payments and billing
For a paid service, the price, applicable VAT, billing unit and other charges are shown or confirmed before the customer confirms the order or payment. Card payments are not processed on the HUBCORE website at this stage and no payment provider is activated; the payment layer is technically prepared, but no Swedbank merchant agreement has been concluded yet and may use Swedbank or another licensed payment provider. The payment provider processes payments under its own terms; HUBCORE does not store full customer card details. HUBCORE's own order, session and invoice records form the accounting basis, while discrepancies with gateway status are reconciled before a final paid or outstanding status is assigned.
8. Public charging and sessions
When using a public or shared charging point, the session is billed according to the price and charging rule shown before start, for example by energy, time, session or a combination thereof. The charging-point owner, operator or site may impose additional parking and usage rules, shown where possible before the session or at the charging point. In case of a technical interruption, billing is based on the service actually confirmed by the system, and clearly erroneous records are reviewed following a customer report.
9. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, secure use of their account, site access and required owner or housing-association approvals unless HUBCORE has expressly agreed in writing to arrange them. The customer must not modify, open, reconnect or operate electrical installations, chargers, the HUBCORE Controller or other system parts contrary to manufacturer or installer instructions. In case of damage, malfunction or a hazardous situation, use must stop and HUBCORE or the relevant service partner must be informed.
10. Interruptions and availability
Grid, internet, mobile network or power outages, maintenance, third-party service failures, vehicle or equipment faults and safety protections may temporarily limit charging, control, portal access or payments. HUBCORE makes reasonable efforts to restore service and document material events but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in circumstances outside its reasonable control.
11. Optional services
HUBCORE may offer or intermediate separately selected services such as insurance or protection products, batteries, solar, inverters, maintenance, remote control, documentation, monitoring, energy services or other site-related solutions. Optional services are not automatically included in the core service. Their price, provider, scope, responsibilities and specific terms are presented before ordering.
12. Sample and demo data
SIMULATED SAMPLE DATA, CONCEPT DEMO values, forecasts and calculation examples identified on the site or in prototype views are illustrative only. They are not a binding offer, price list, yield promise, energy-saving guarantee or technical guarantee. Real LIVE data is identified separately and may still be affected by source, connectivity or latency differences.
13. Liability
HUBCORE is responsible for breach of its contractual obligations to the extent provided by applicable law and the customer contract. HUBCORE is not responsible for obligations under a direct contract between the customer and an independent partner, or for loss caused by unauthorised intervention by the customer or a third party, materially incorrect input information, disregard of manufacturer instructions or an interruption outside HUBCORE's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Refunds and consumer rights
Refund, cancellation and withdrawal conditions depend on the type of service, performance status and applicable law and are presented with the order where required. Consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights. If a clear technical error occurs in a payment or charging-session calculation, HUBCORE reviews the record and any justified overpayment is refunded through the same or another agreed payment channel.
15. Changes to terms
HUBCORE may amend these general terms by publishing a new version on this page. An already confirmed order or contract remains governed by the terms in force when it was confirmed unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or a change is required by mandatory law.
16. Governing law and disputes
Estonian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. In case of a problem or dispute, please first write to info@hubcore.ee so the facts and system records can be reviewed in writing. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may use applicable statutory out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms or apply to a competent court.
17. Intellectual property
The HUBCORE name, logo, design, software solution, documentation and website content are protected by applicable law. Commercial copying, distribution or reuse of the content or technical solution requires written permission from the rights holder except where permitted by law.
