Building electricity demand is rising fast (EVs, heat pumps, cooling). Grid capacity is limited, peak prices are high and systems are fragmented.
The solution
Smart distributed AC charging where cars already park, together with a platform that coordinates charging, battery, solar and building loads within the existing grid connection.
Market need
Apartment buildings and developers need clear, fair and scalable solutions. Regulation is moving toward energy flexibility.
Pilot strategy
Start with selected apartment buildings and homes, then expand to commercial real estate with partners.
