Dynamic load management

The same grid connection, more charging points. Load management distributes exactly the capacity that is free at each moment.

Dynamic load management measures a building's actual consumption and adjusts charging current in real time so the main fuse is never overloaded. An existing connection can therefore serve more charging points without an upgrade.

How it works

The system reads metering data from the connection and the points and calculates free capacity per phase.

  • Building load rises → charging current steps down.
  • Load falls → current ramps back up.
  • Phases are monitored separately so single-phase points do not overload one phase.

Why it saves money

Upgrading a grid connection is usually expensive and slow. Load management often achieves the same result without grid-operator work. The actual gain depends on the building's consumption profile.

Fair sharing between users

Everyone gets a reasonable minimum before anyone gets maximum power. If a user sets a departure time, the system can prioritise the earlier departure. Critical building systems always outrank charging.
