Privacy notice

This notice describes what personal data the HUBCORE website (hubcore.ee) collects and processes. For questions or data requests, write to info@hubcore.ee.

Data controller

The operator of the HUBCORE website. Contact: info@hubcore.ee, +372 5750 3773.

What data we collect

  • From the contact and charging-request forms: name, email, phone (if provided), company/association (if provided), site type or location details, message, and the consent flag.
  • Technical logs: IP address (hashed, used for rate limiting), timestamp, reference number. Not used for advertising or profiling.
  • Browser storage: language preference (localStorage) and the Cloudflare security cookie __cf_bm. See the cookies page.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to inquiries submitted through forms — legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Spam prevention and website security — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention

Contact and charging-point requests: up to 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted or anonymised. Technical logs: up to 90 days.

Processors and hosting

  • Website hosting and database: Supabase (Amazon Web Services, EU region) and Lovable — content hosting and delivery.
  • Content delivery and bot mitigation: Cloudflare (cookie __cf_bm).
  • Sending email notifications to internal recipients (when enabled): Resend.

Data transfers

We do not sell or share personal data with marketing partners. Processor services may involve technical processing outside the EEA; in that case the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, to object, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

Send your request to info@hubcore.ee. We reply within 30 days as a rule. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
