Privacy notice

This notice describes personal data processed through the HUBCORE website and customer communications. For questions and data requests, contact info@hubcore.ee.

Data controller

The operator of the HUBCORE brand and data controller is HUBCORE NEXORA OÜ, registry code 17581484, VAT number EE103020725, P. Kerese tn 42, 11212 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: info@hubcore.ee, +372 5750 3773.

What data we collect

  • From forms: name, email, phone (if provided), company or association, site/location details, message, selected language and consent flag.
  • For security and spam prevention, a SHA-256 hash of the IP address is used during the request; the raw IP address is not written to the HUBCORE database.
  • Anonymous first-party web analytics: page path without query parameters, language, external referrer domain, event type and broad device/country category. Analytics does not store raw IP, raw User-Agent strings or a persistent browser ID.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to requests, preparing proposals and pre-contractual steps — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); where applicable, consent under Art. 6(1)(a).
  • Website security, abuse prevention and minimal anonymous service-usage analytics — legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), with data minimisation.

Retention

Contact and charging-point requests are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction and then deleted or anonymised unless a contract or law requires longer retention. Security logs and anonymous web analytics are retained only for a limited period appropriate to their purpose.

Service providers

  • Supabase and its cloud infrastructure — database, authentication and server-side services.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, security and bot mitigation.
  • Email notifications are sent through a server-side Google Mail API integration using the HUBCORE sender identity. The active technical channel may include an integration platform, while the customer-facing contact and Reply-To remain info@hubcore.ee.

Payments

HUBCORE does not currently process card payments on the website and no payment provider is activated. HUBCORE is preparing the connection of the Swedbank e-commerce payment solution; it will be activated only after the agreement and technical setup are confirmed. After activation the payment provider processes payment data under its own terms and the payment takes place in the bank’s secure environment. HUBCORE does not collect, store or process card data on its own servers — only the order reference, amount and payment status are retained.

Data transfers

HUBCORE does not sell personal data or share it with advertisers. Where a technical provider processes data outside the EEA, applicable GDPR safeguards such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses are used.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
