The view starts with a short list, not dozens of charts. The example below is a concept demo with clearly marked sample data.

  • School, city centre — heat consumption has risen above the usual level over the week.
  • Sports hall — one charging point has not reported data for two days.
  • Kindergarten — solar generation data is missing; the other sites are fine.

HUBCORE does not own the electricity grid or substations, and does not control them at its own discretion. Any control happens only within the customer's building and devices, with the customer's permission and within the limits of the existing technical connection.

This is a concept overview. Roles and permissions are agreed separately with each customer; security details are not described publicly.

How does HUBCORE think ahead?

A three-day weather forecast, a solar generation forecast, the electricity price and the site's actual need together give a simple picture of when it is worth storing energy and when to wait.

  • 1If there is little sun tomorrow and night-time electricity is cheaper, the system can suggest preparing the battery or heat store overnight.
  • 2If a lot of sun is expected the next day, room is left in the battery for the site's own generation.
  • 3EV charging can be planned for times when the building has capacity free and the price is lower.

Without an integration and the customer's explicit permission, HUBCORE only recommends — it does not control. We do not describe our internal optimisation logic publicly.
