HUBCORE terms of use

These terms apply to the public HUBCORE website hubcore.ee and to the HUBCORE customer portal. By using the website you accept the terms below. HUBCORE solutions are in a development and pilot stage and the content may change.
Requests and forms
Requests sent through the website forms are delivered to HUBCORE at info@hubcore.ee and stored in the HUBCORE database for processing. Submitting a request is not a contract or a binding offer. Please do not send special categories of personal data through the forms.
Sample and demo data
Numbers, charts, revenue and session examples shown on the website and in demo views are clearly marked as SIMULATED SAMPLE DATA or CONCEPT DEMO. They are illustrative and are not an offer, a price list, a yield forecast or a technical guarantee.
Charging and power
Smart charging up to 22 kW is a technical upper limit. Actual charging power depends on the vehicle, the available grid capacity at the building or site, load management and any battery buffer. HUBCORE does not guarantee a fixed power level in every situation.
Payments
In the first stage, public charging sessions and payments are handled by a licensed payment partner (e.g. Plugfree). HUBCORE does not hold or intermediate customer money and does not provide payment services.
Liability
Website content is provided “as is”. HUBCORE makes reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the website or demo views. Binding agreements are concluded separately in writing.
Intellectual property
The HUBCORE name, logo, design and website content belong to HUBCORE. Commercial reuse requires written permission.
