HUBCORE Opportunity Map

Where is it worth building charging infrastructure? The map combines local demand, existing competition, available grid headroom and parking dwell into one Opportunity Score. V1 uses sample data — external registries are not connected yet.

All area data is sample data and every financial figure is a model calculation based on the user's assumptions. HUBCORE does not present these as real data and guarantees no payback. The recommendation defaults to 22 kW capable, dynamically managed charge points; the actually available power depends on the vehicle, the site's free capacity and load management.
